Rosanne Nelson : I approach things differently than most realtors mostly because I see myself as a “matchmaker” rather than a salesperson. The part of my job I love the most is finding the “perfect” home for my clients. I’m not going to try to push you towards something just to close a sale. I’m lucky too because the area I service (Fairfield County) is one of the most desirable in the country (beautiful, great schools and wonderful amenities) so it makes my job so much easier. I’ve lived here all my life and raised my daughter here.

I can bore you with all the awards I have won as a realtor and brag about the expertise I have gathered from my 17 years experience but all of that won’t matter if we don’t find a mutual trust in working together. I continue to follow one simple rule and that is-- I never work with anyone I don’t like—and neither should you. In any real estate transaction you need to surround yourself with the best support team. That includes the best attorney, mortgage broker, building inspector and (hint, hint) realtor…

A little about me outside the world of real estate? In my spare time I perform in local theatre, sing, practice my stand up comedy and indulge my two cats (yes, I’m a card carrying animal lover). I’ll love board games including Scrabble although I’m the world’s worst speller.
